Shipping Info

Before you order with EXPRESS shipping, please e-mail to verify we can process the order in the time you need. If something is backordered, the Express shipping charge might be wasted.
Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Our shipping calculator can offer both Ground and Express rates and calculates the shipping cost based solely on the estimated weight of packed items. No handling or packing fees are added on the back end.
Items should be received within 8 to 10 business days. We try to get it there faster, but we don't drive the trucks so it's out of our hands.
The "In-Store Pickup" option is for orders where prior arrangments have been made - such as for shipping via an alternate carrier for International delivery. Do not select this option unless you have contacted us and received a response back instructing you to do so.
